– Dress code: comfortable/casual for sitting and practice yoga.
White clothing (or light if white unavailable) preferable to honor Thai Buddhist meditation tradition.
– Bring a meditation cushion and yoga mat if you have one.
– Pre-Registration is advised. Walk in is welcome, based on availability.
